The gene data are the same as in the previous version (1.2).
The gene names have been changed to a standard representation. 
The protein files along with the automated annotation using the 
Blast2GO pipeline are added. The list of old and new gene IDs 
is provided for anyone who already did some analyses using the 
old ids and now wants to change the permanent, standardized IDs.
